A wire form refers to any wire which has at least one bend or radius. They can have many bends and shapes and serve a variety of functions. Usually, wire forms are not deflected from their original shape or configuration in use. Handles, flower and plant supports, plant hangers,
S Hooks, eye hooks are some examples of wire forms. Material for these configurations should be selected based on the environment where used (moisture, rust, heat), desired appearance, longevity and other factors. Some wire forms such as tag holders may have a desired useful life of less than 24 hours and others may be required to last a lifetime with the same luster and appearance as when new.
